Prayer is to restore the order dated 3.2.2014 passed on Civil Application [F] No.1814 of 2012. Reasons for noncompliance are stated in para 2 of the application. The prayer, as made, is not seriously opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents. Hence, the applicant is permitted to deposit the entire amount of compensation, as awarded by the reference court, within a period of one week from today. If such amount is deposited, then during the pendency of the first appeal, the effect and operation of the impugned award shall remain stayed. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.
