Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

In view of the statement in the order made by the learned trial Judge that the case is fixed for evidence and preparation of programme of Sessions Trial, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.139 of 2015 is rejected.

B] The learned Trial Judge is directed to commence and complete the trial, in any case, within a period of four months from today.
