DATE : 02/03/2020 In this application, it is prayed to enhance the compensation from Rs.4,00,000/- to Rs.8,00,000/-. Now, as per Schedule of the Railway Accidents and Untoward Incidents (Compensation) Rules, 1990, compensation for death is Rs.8,00,000/- and amputation of one hand and one leg is also Rs.8,00,000/-. Hence, application is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, application is disposed of.
