This is an application filed by the respondent - wife seeking temporary custody of minor child - Chirag till the decision of this appeal.

The learned advocate for the respondent - wife makes a statement that he has been instructed by the respondent to state that presently the child is not ready to reside with his mother and he is already residing with the appellant (father). In that view of the matter, she seeks permission to withdraw the civil application.
