By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice of the Tahsildar, Gondia, dated 16.02.2016 calling for the meeting for considering the no confidence motion against the Sarpanch.

We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition seeking to set aside the notice issued by the Tahsildar, dated 16.02.2016. The meeting was conducted but, the no confidence motion was not passed against the present petitioner. The cause for filing the petition has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
