Learned counsel Mrs.Ritu V.Kalia for the appellant submits that in the application name of the appellant is mentioned as "Purushottam s/o Wasudeo Sonkusare". Whereas, the name should have been "Purshottam s/o Wasudeo Sonkusale". 4.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation.

The application is disposed of.
