We have perused the report received from the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagpur. The present application should have been filed by the applicant before the Family Court, Nagpur and not in this Court, specially when the matter in this Court is disposed of. The applicant is at liberty to move the Family Court for appropriate directions. We do not find that the learned Judge of the Family Court is responsible in any way in delaying the matter. However, since it is a matter for custody, we request the Family Court to decide the same as early as possible.
