Shri Joshi, learned counsel for the applicants points out that all the other respondents are served, however, the respondent no.4 who is a resident of State of Gujarat, is not yet to be served, though the correct address is mentioned. It is pointed out that other respondents are the relatives of respondent no.4 and as SKNair

Shri Mishra, learned counsel for the other respondents has no objection if the paper publication is allowed.

Considering the reasons stated in the application for substitution of service, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) (to permit the applicants to serve respondent no.4 Smt.
