DATE : 07.12.2015 The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that during the pendency of the writ petition by an order of the State Government, dated 7.9.2015 most of the petitioners are appointed on the Board of Administrators. It is stated that the cause for filing the writ petition would not survive, in view of the subsequent development.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition with no order order as to costs.
