This is an application for direction to registry for disbursement of amount.

The learned Advocate for the appellant points out that, the order passed by this Court on 21.12.2023 by which the order, allowing to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,80,241/- was passed.

The learned Advocate for the appellants submits that, it is difficulty for the eight respondents to draw the separate bank account for realization of the said amount. He therefore seeks permission to hand over the amount to the Power of Attorney holder namely Shri Maroti Zimanrao Sasane.

Considering this aspect, the application is allowed and the Registry is directed to disburse the amount of Rs.2,80,241/- to the Power of Attorney holder namely Shri Maroti Zimanrao Sasane, in the Union Bank of India, Branch at Nandgaonpeth, Amravati.
