DATED : 06/07/2022 By this civil application the petitioner seeks to raise additional grounds in support of the prayers made in the writ petition. Challenge to the order of disqualification dated 01.02.2022 is also sought to be raised.

According to the learned Counsel for the respondents, elective term of the petitioner has come to an end and fresh elections have been declared.

In view of the aforesaid, the civil application for amendment is partly allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to raise additional grounds in support of the prayers made in the writ petition. However the amendment in the prayer clause is declined.

The civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
