The only relief sought by the petitioners is for a direction to be issued to the Collector, State Excise, Bhandara to consider the petitioners' application for permission to run and operate the CL-III license No.52 at Sakoli, District Bhandara.

Such application having been made on 20.10.2022, it is directed that the respondent no.2-Collector, State Excise, Bhandara shall consider the aforesaid application and take a decision thereon in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks of receiving the copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid direction. No costs.
