25th April, 2017 The applicants seek permission to intervene in the Writ Petition on the ground that pursuant to one of the complaints made by them, the proceedings for cancellation of the CL-III license of the petitioner were initiated.

This application is opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

However, considering the application, annexures thereto and the impugned order dated 9th January, 2018, it is found that the applicants can be permitted to intervene in the Writ Petition.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed and the applicants are permitted to be added as interveners in

the Writ Petition. Amendment be carried out within one week.
