For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the writ petition is directed to be listed for final disposal/hearing on 14th January, 2021. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent informs that the Bank has now been amalgamated with the Bank of Baroda and therefore, suitable amendment of the cause title will have to be carried out. 4.

The petitioner is granted leave to amend the cause title in so far as the respondent No.1 is concerned. The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
