For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The Advocate for the applicant shall carryout amendment within one week from today.

CRI.APPLN.NO.315/2016.

The learned Advocate for the applicants and the non-applicant No.2 agree that they would like to explore the possibility of settlement by appointing Mediator. Both the parties agree that Dr.(Ms) Renuka Sirpurkar, Advocate shall be the Mediator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The mediation shall be conducted through Video Conferencing.

2 apl315.16.odt The applicants shall initially deposit an amount of Rupees Twenty Thousand towards expenses for mediation with the Registry of this Court.

On deposit of the amount by the applicants, the Mediator shall fix the date of appearance before her for mediation.

The Mediator shall submit report till 9th April 2021.

List the matter for further consideration/hearing on 16th April 2021.
