The disobedience of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 2461 of 2019 dated 26/03/2019, is claimed by the petitioner.

Vide order dated 06/03/2020 notice before admission was issued to the respondents returnable on 04/05/2020. Since then the learned advocate for the petitioner has not supplied copies for issuance of notice.

Learned Additional Government Pleader Shri Fulzele has placed on record order dated 14/09/2020 passed by the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati, by which the caste claim of the petitioner is decided and the same is rejected.

In that view of the matter, since there is compliance of the order, the contempt petition is disposed of.
