The learned Additional Government Pleader states that pursuant to the request made by us, the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur has intervened in the dispute and has issued necessary directions vide a letter dated 25 March 2022 wherein the Commissioner has sent a proposal to the State Government that the quarter allotted to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandrapur should be allotted on permanent basis and has also reminded the concerned officer to maintain decorum in the correspondence.

According to us, in view of this communication, the

WP.1425.22 controversy can be put to rest.

The efforts taken by the Divisional Commissioner are appreciated.

4.

As regards any further interim arrangement, it is open to the Municipal Commissioner to make a request to the Divisional Commissioner for a direction.

5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
