The appellant no. 1 alongwith his Advocate is present. Learned Advocate for the appellants submits that the appellant no. 2 is no more and she died on 15.11.2021. The death certificate is produced which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The learned Advocate submits that the legal heirs of the appellant no. 2 is already on record. The respondent no. 2 along with Advocate is present.

The parties admit execution of terms of compromise contained in Form-"N".

In view of the terms contained in Form-"N", the matter is settled. Accordingly, the Award be modified in terms of compromise contained in Form-"N".

The parties are entitled to withdraw the amount. Court fee be refunded as per Rules. Pending application and Cross-objection, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
