This is an application for grant of bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. On perusal of the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the applicant.

Mr. D.V. Chauhan, learned Public Prosecutor (Sr. Counsel) informed that the matter is already fixed for the evidence on 05/04/2025.

The trial Court shall proceed with the trial on the fix date i.e. on 05/04/2025 and shall dispose of the trial expeditiously.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Permission is granted.
