I have gone through the record and proceedings. I have also perused the reasons stated in the application. The applicant, in review application, has stated the grounds of challenge to the judgment and order dated 04.09.2023 passed in First Appeal No. 210 of 2023 by this Court. In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed.
