Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and after hearing I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, hence the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.

However, considering the report of the learned District Judge - 2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Pusad that muddemal is not received. The trial Court can proceed with the witnesses, who are not related to the muddemal and shall dispose of the trial expeditiously, considering the applicant is arrested on 27.08.2022.
