In these appeals, the ofÏce note shows that the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has not placed on record proof of having paid the costs, in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court. The learned counsel submits that receipt regarding payment of costs is ready and that it shall be filed within seven days. 2.

Hence, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 is granted time of seven days to place on record the receipt.

It is noted that in order dated 20.02.2017 this Court had indicated the issue that arises in these appeals, in respect of which the counsel were expected to address this Court.

It is also pointed out that there is delay of 452 days and 434 days in filing these appeals. For the
