The petitioner has approached this Court with a limited prayer of taking him with police escort for the purpose of execution of sale-deed in the office of Sub-Registrar. Taking into consideration the innocuous nature of prayer, we are inclined to allow the petition. The respondents are directed to take the petitioner with an escort to the office of the Sub-Registrar for execution of the documents. The petitioner shall intimate the date on which the documents would be executed three days prior to the scheduled date. Needless to state that since the petitioner is making prayer for execution of his personal documents, he shall pay the necessary charges. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Judge Judge J.
