Present application is filed by the applicant for transfer of petition which is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Amravati under the provisions of Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939. 3.

Learned Counsel Shri Ramteke, submitted that the proceeding which was filed for dissolution of marriage is already disposed of as well as other proceeding bearing No.265/2021 is also disposed of as dismissed.

In view of that, applicant do not want to proceed with the application and seeking permission for withdrawal of the same.

Permission is granted.

In view of withdrawal application is disposed of.
