CIVIL APPLICATION NO.903 OF 2023 Present application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 26/10/2017 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C. No.20/2009. 2.

Ms Babhulkar, learned Counsel for the appellants submitted that principle amount of compensation is already deposited before the reference Court.

On depositing the entire balance amount along with accrued interest including statutory benefits within eight weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
