The applicant has impugned herein common order dated 28.02.2022 passed in Special Sessions Trial No.71/2019 (POSCO), whereby the trial Court has rejected both prayers regarding seizure of certain documents and issuing summons to DNA Expert.

The learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that since DNA report has not been Rgd.

Order 2308apl361.22 exhibited by the trial Court, he has no grievance to that extent. As regards to application of the applicant for issuing directions to the prosecution to produce medical papers from Doctor at Nandura, the learned A.P.P. upon instructions, makes a statement that the investigating agency has not seized any papers from Dr. Prashant Borse, from Nandura.

In view of above position, the learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the criminal application can be disposed of. Accordingly, Criminal Application is disposed of. No costs.
