DATE : 09/03/2023 1] Civil Application (O) No. 311/2023 seeks condonation of 228 days delay in filing application for restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No. 14930/2021, which was rejected by the order dated 27.6.2022 for non removal of office objection. 2] Considering the quantum of delay, the application is allowed, subject to costs of Rs.2000/- payable to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur, and undertaking to remove the office objection within one week from today.

3] For the aforesaid reasons, the Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.3973/2023 is also allowed
