This is an application for speaking to minutes for making correction in the order dated 8.2.2024. 3.

It is submitted that while issuing notice along with penal provisions of Indian Penal Code the provisions under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short "S.C. & S.T. Act") have also been mentioned. It is applicant's contention that F.I.R. was not lodged for the offence under S.C. & S.T. Act and this happens to be typographical mistake.

It reveals that the applicant himself while producing typed copy of original F.I.R. has inserted provisions of S.C. & S.T. Act which has percolated in our order. Be that as it may. Copy of F.I.R. does not disclose invocation of S.C. & S.T. Act. In view of that, the reference to Section 3(2)(va) of the S.C. & S.T. Act in para 2 of our order dated 8.2.2024 shall be deleted. Necessary correction be made accordingly. Application stands disposed of.
