Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

During the course of hearing, Advocate Shirpurkar upon instructions submits that he do not want to press this application at this juncture. He also seeks liberty to file the same afresh after two months.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed by submitting that Advocate Shirpurkar has argued at
Order 4 appeal 136-2020 considerable length hence, he may not be allowed to press the application. Since Advocate Shirpurkar is not inclined at this juncture to press this application, there is no point in deciding it on merit. Hence, application is disposed with liberty to move again afresh after three months from today. 4.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
