The applicant is convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-4, Amravati in Special (POCSO) Case No.108/2016 is directed to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and to pay the fine amounts. The applicant is in jail.

In that view of the matter, the application for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay caused in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned. The office is directed to suffer the appeal.
