On 28/04/2015, Shri Puranik, learned Advocate, on instructions from the Ward Officer, had made a statement that the Nagpur Municipal Corporation would clear the road leading to the park in Hindustan Colony by cutting two trees and levelling and repairing the road.

Smt. Bajaj, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the work as mentioned in the order dated 28/04/2015 has been done.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
