On last occasion, the Advocate for contemnors on instructions made a statement that they are willing to file an undertaking that they will pay amount as decided by the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur within three months. Accordingly, contemnors/respondent nos.3 to 5 have filed undertaking dated 03.09.2022. The said undertaking is accepted.

In view of the undertaking, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.

If the undertaking is not complied with, it will be open for the petitioner to revive the present contempt petition. The contempt petition is, therefore, disposed of. No costs. JUDGE Wagh
