The learned Advocate for the appellant states that the copy of memorandum of appeal will also be supplied to the respondents alongwith this application. C.A.F. NO.1437/2018 Considering the facts of the case, execution of impugned award is stayed, however, on condition that the appellant deposits entire amount as per the impugned award with the Registry of this Court till 16th July, 2018. If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, this interim order shall cease to operate
