Present application is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Petitioner in view of order dated 26.02.2020.

Learned Counsel for the Nagpur Municipal Corporation has extended no objection for the same. 4.

As such, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by him in view of the order dated 26.02.2020 along with accrued interest thereon.
