By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay, which is caused in preferring the appeal against the conviction.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application that the applicant was having old aged parents and his financial condition was weak, and therefore, he could not appear before the Court for preferring the appeal.

In view of the above, the delay of 201 days in preferring the appeal against the conviction is allowed. Delay is condoned.
