Mr. Subodh Dharmadhikari, learned Senior Counsel submitted that the applicants intending to challenge the said order but it would require some time and in the meantime if suit is proceeded by implementing the order of this Court then the applicants would lose their right to challenge the said order and seeks stay to the implementation of the said order.

Learned Counsel for the non-applicants has objected the prayer.
