DATE : APRIL 24, 2015 By present application, the applicants seek permission to serve the respondent Nos.1 and 2 by way of substituted service. It is submitted that the appeal came to be dismissed against the said respondents for want of proper service. It is further submitted that steps have been taken to restore the appeal against said respondents. Hence for reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The applicants are permitted to serve the respondent No.1 by publishing notice in daily 'Navbharat (Hindi Edition)' circulated in Jabalpur (M.P.). Similarly, the respondent No.2 is permitted to be served by publishing the notice in daily 'Navbharat (Hindi Edition)' circulated in Nagpur. Steps in that regard to be taken by the appellants.
