Having heard respective Counsel for some time, learned Counsel for the respondents-land owners makes categorical statement that if the amount as directed by learned Small Cause Court, Nagpur vide order dated 23rd July, 2015 is deposited, till decision of civil suit on merits, they shall not withdraw the same and shall also not to proceed ahead with the execution proceedings. 2.

Considering the above referred proposition made by learned Counsel for the respondents, Mr. Butada, learned Counsel for the applicants makes motion for withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application. As such, civil revision application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Time of three months is granted to deposit

(3) the balance amount as directed by Small Cause Court, Nagpur after adjusting the amount already deposited in this proceedings before this Court. 4.

Civil Revision Application stands disposed of accordingly.
