According to the petitioner, proper procedure is not followed by the respondent while making appointment on the post of Police Patil in village Bhosuli, tahsil Chimur, District Chandrapur. According to the petitioner, though an examination was proposed on 21.2.2016, the same was not held.

The petition is premature. The petitioner would be entitled to take appropriate action, in case the appointment of the Police Patil is wrongfully made.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
