DATE : 23/01/2023 The present revision application raises challenged to the judgment dated 06/04/2016, passed by the Judge, Family Court, Amravati in Petition E-122/2013. During the pendency of the said application, a settlement is arrived between the parties and it was presented before the Family Court at Amravati in form of '

settlement deed' dated 12/08/2022. The said settlement deed is placed on record along with pursis filed by the applicant on 12/10/2022 2.

On perusal of the settlement deed, placed along with pursis it can be seen that the parties have arrived at an arrangement for separation by filing KOLHE

2 / 2 30-Cr.Revn with appropriate proceedings for divorce and they have also arrived a consensus about the child access. Apart from this, a settlement is also recorded to the effect that they shall withdraw all the proceedings which are filed by each of them.

In the wake of the above, the revision application deserves to be disposed of with liberty being reserved in the parties to take appropriate proceedings, if contingency arises to that effect. 4.

Application disposed of accordingly.
