DATE : 21.03.2016 By this petition, the petitioner challenges the order, dated 12.1.2016 terminating the services of the petitioner as an Incharge Headmaster.

Shri Deshpande, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the writ petition. It is stated that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing an appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 before the School Tribunal. By upholding the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondent no.2 and 3, we decline to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
