After arguing for some time, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application and submits that the applicant will surrender within 3 days. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant has enjoyed interim protection since 28th February, 2017. The applicant shall surrender as assured, failing which the note of conduct of the applicant be taken at all stages of the proceedings.
