Having heard for some time, learned advocate for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned advocate for the applicants, however, submits that considering the fact that crime registered in 2011 learned Judge of the trial Court be directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously. 2.

In my view, the submission is reasonable. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhatukli, District Amravati is directed to dispose of the matter by granting opportunity to the prosecution to lead the evidence within three months from the receipt of this order.
