The petitioner has approached this court for grant of extension parole leave on the ground of illness of his wife which was granted by competent authority by its order dated 341.1.2015, for a period of 30 days. 3.
According to the petitioner, considering the serious illness of his wife on 27.2.2015 he applied for further extension of his parole leave and in spite of sufficient time since lapsed, the application is not decided. In that view of the matter, we partly allow the petition as per order below.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 193/2015 is partly allowed. 2.
The respondent no.1 to consider the application dated 27.2.2015 filed by the petitioner for extension of parole leave as per rules, within 15 days from the date of this order.
