In view of the Government Resolution dated 4th September, 2023 the claim of the petitioner, which was rejected vide impugned order can be reconsidered.

That being so, it will be referred the statement of the counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 that fresh proposal in regard to the benefit to be conferred under the said Resolution shall be submitted to the Education Officer within a period of four weeks from today.

The Education Officer shall deal with such proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks thereafter shall take decision and communicate the same to the petitioner.

The Education Officer shall regard the Government Resolution dated 04th September, 2023 referred above and that being so, in our opinion, the impugned order needs to be interfered with.

The petition accordingly stands partly allowed. 7.

The impugned order passed by the Education Officer is set aside with a direction to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of Government Resolution dated 4th September, 2023. 8.

We permit the petitioner the respondent-Management to appear before the Education Officer.
