In this petition, the challenge is raised to the order below Exh.21 dated 29.01.2020 partly allowing the application and thereby granting interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.5,000/- per month, expenses of the proceeding Rs.5,000/- and expenses of present application Rs.1,000/-.

Shri Thakkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned trial Court has committed an error in not considering the income of the petitioner. He, therefore, submits that the impugned order is erroneous. 4.

I have perused the Exh.21, reply and the impugned order dated 29.01.2020.

The learned trial Court while partly allowing the application at Exh.21 and granting Rs.5,000/- towards interim maintenance, has recorded reasons in detail wherein the Court has observed that the petitioner is getting Rs.15,000,00/- annual income from the irrigated land and in addition to that, he is getting Rs.10,000/- per month from the milk business.

Thus, considering the reasons stated in the impugned order and as nothing contrary pointed out by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that no interference is required in the present matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
