This is an application filed by the applicant/respondent no1. for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant on 28th November, 2014 in this Court.

From the record, it is clear that Rs.1,00,00/- was deposited in this Court on 28th November, 2014 and subsequently the matter was transferred to the 9th District Judge, Nagpur. During the pendency of the appeal before the learned 9th District Judge, Nagpur, the matter was compromised between the parties.

Thus, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the said compromise, the

18-fa-337-14 appeal is disposed of and he has no objection for allowing this application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Applicant/respondent no1. is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the appellant in this Court.

The civil application is disposed of.
