ATE : JULY 18 , 2023 The only direction sought by the petitioner is for deciding the proceedings pertaining to disqualification of respondent no.3 that have been initiated under Section 73(CA(n))(1)(f)(iv) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (for short "Act of 1960") read with Rule 58 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961 (for short "Rules of 1961"). In the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2, it has been stated that on 13/3/2023, a notice has been issued to respondent no.3 calling upon him to submit his say in view of the provisions of Section 73(CA(n))(1)(f)(iv) of the Act of 1960 read with Rule 58 of the Rules of 1961.

2] In view of aforesaid, the purpose of filing the Writ Petition is served. It is accordingly disposed of by directing respondent no.1 to complete the proceedings as per Rule 58 of the Rules of 1961.
