Shri C.R. Najbile, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant will not claim interest on the amount of enhanced compensation if granted by this Court for the period from 31-01-2012 till today i.e. 25-02-2015.

The civil application is allowed.

In case the appeal is allowed, the appellant will not be entitled for interest for the enhanced amount of compensation for the period from 31-10-2012 till 25-02-2015 as undertaken by the appellant while seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

The appellant shall file private paper book till 30-09-2015.
