Heard Mr. Naik, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr. Mirza, learned A.P.P. for respondent no.1. The State has filed its reply. It is stated in the reply that investigating officer has received an e-mail from respondent no.2 on 30.07.2021 stating that due to misunderstanding he has filed report against the petitioners. It is also stated in the reply that Assistant Commissioner of Police, Lakadganj Zone, Nagpur, after making scrutiny of the documents will approve the C-Final Report.

Today, when the matter is called out, Mr. Mirza, learned A.P.P. in addition to aforesaid specific reply stated that he has received instructions from investigating officer that in fact, C-Final Report is already lodged with the jurisdictional Magistrate.

Permission is granted.
